With today's emphasis on personalized and project-based learning, students need a way to plan, organize, document, and share their learning. Personalized Learning Plans are a great way to do that and more. We will share how we developed our PLP's and how our students' PLP's have become an integral part of what we do. Students use their Personalized Learning Plans to create goals, to express their individuality, document their progress throughout the year, and as a way to share their learning with others. We will share our PLP template and help you understand how to modify it to meet your students' needs.
